DotBill is a simple Invoice Management system, capable of creating and tracking invoices sent to your clients

• Invoices can be sent via Post or by E-Mail if required.
  
• Repeat invoices can easily be created by copying a previous invoice and changing where appropriate.
  
• Invoices are printed to plain paper with the design following your corporate theme, so you will not need to hold large stocks of pre-printed invoice stationery.

• It will notify you when invoices are overdue, and enable you to create and sent a statement of account if required.
  
• Invoices sent regularly can be set up so that DotBill will remind you when an invoice is due to be sent.
  
• When payments are made you can record details of how much and when they are received.

System Requirements

DotBill requires the following as a minimum specification to run adequately: -

Personal computer with an Intel Pentium 75-MHz or faster processor

64 MB of RAM or greater

450 MB of available hard-disk space

CD-ROM or DVD drive

A VGA or higher-resolution monitor is required. A Super VGA monitor with at least 800x600 resolution and 256 colours is recommended.
